Client looking to explore an evidence-based approach to garment manufacturer in an attempt to create a clinically relevant product.
Aim
Understand the field, direct research and development so that it is scientifically sound and then leverage those findings for a marketing advantage.
Method
Isolated the clinically significant outcome markers and benchmarks for performance. These features were sequentially integrated into the technology and tested in as rapid a fashion as possible. The iterative design approach accelerated the completion of a prototype that is now in the clinical trial phase. Further work has been carried out on KOL and stakeholder mapping to identify influencers within the market, and to identify the next step in product development.
Conclusion
Effective prototype built with multiple significant outcome measures that are hugely valuable for competitive market capture and disruption.
